Two private secondary bedrooms - one with a king bed and the third bedroom with two sets of bunk beds. Bathroom with tub/shower combo + quartz countertops + custom Riad tile throughout. 

ESCAPE
700 sq. ft. deck runs the length of the cabin's indoor living space for seamless indoor-outdoor living. Covered hot tub to enjoy rain or shine. Gas fire pit + grill on deck, both hard lined to the propane. Stairs from the deck lead to space for kids to run + fire pit in the woods with plenty of room to gather around. Guests will also have access to a play-set that is shared between the three other cabins on the cul de sac. Private, gravel driveway and parking spaces.

Guests will have full private access to the cabin. Guests will access the cabin using a secure pin code that will be sent prior to arrival.

Woodland Hills is the premier development in Broken Bow, which lends itself to more privacy and peace of the surrounding nature than other developments in the area. The cabins in Woodland Hills are truly changing the game in Broken Bow with custom designs. If you've stayed in Broken Bow before, you'll know the feel of Woodland Hills is truly special!

The cabin is located 4 miles west of 259 down Cress Road, which is a gravel road. It's regularly maintained, but we always like to let guests know what to expect for this portion of the drive. You may prefer an SUV or larger car if you have that option, but completely manageable in smaller sedans. Driving directions are sent to guests prior to their stay via the digital guest guidebook.

Arboles has exterior cameras that are monitored for security purposes. 

(You will see a small “Management Fee” when you complete your booking, but this label can be misleading because it goes directly toward insurance to cover your stay. This insurance protects you for up to $10,000 in content damage and $100,000 in structural damage to the cabin. Minor or major accidental damage during your stay? No worries! Just let us know and we’ll take care of the entire claims process so that you don’t have to think about it for a single second.)

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
